Family Day Hours

Stay up to date with what’s open and closed this Family Day, Monday, February 19, 2024.
- City Hall -All City Hall departments will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024, for Family Day, and will re-open on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
- Public Works - Will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024.
- Welland Community Centre - Will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024, for Family Day, and will re-open on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.
- Main and Jack Ballantyne (Youth) Arenas - Will be open.
- Family Day Fun and Games at the Main Arena from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Please visit Skating and Welland Arenas for regular scheduled public skating.
Taxes and/or Water - Payment of bills may still be made by utilizing the drop box located at the easterly front entrance of Civic Square, 60 East Main Street.
Parking tickets - payments can now be made using Visa or MasterCard through our online service at www.welland.ca/parking/onlinepayments.asp (please allow for two business days, for your ticket to be processed and added to the online payment system).
In the event of an urgent road, water, sewer, facilities, or forestry problem, please call the City’s 24-hour response line at 905-735-1700 x3000.
