Welland Downtown Business Improvement Area Board of Management

Short name: WDBIA
Purpose: The Board of Management is entrusted, subject to such limitations as the by-law may provide, the improvement, beautification and maintenance of municipally owned lands, buildings and structures in the area (downtown Welland improvement area), beyond such improvement, beautification and maintenance as is provided at the expense of the municipality at large, and the promotion of the area as a business or shopping area.

Meeting schedule: Typically the first or second Monday of each month
Meeting time: 7 p.m.
Meeting location: The majority of the meetings are now virtual with 4 in-person meetings per year, typically in March, June, September, and December, held at City Hall, 60 East Main Street
