Supplementary information forms (SIF)

These forms are designed to expedite permit issuance by providing information necessary to determine compliance with the applicable law.

• SIF-S for all sewage system permit applications
• SIF-C for all conditional permit applications
• SIF-D for all demolition permit applications

Applicable law checklist

This applicable law checklist must be submitted with all permit applications except the following:

• sewer/water lateral replacement/repair
• interior/exterior renovation/repair except for buildings/districts designated or recognized under the Ontario Heritage Act
• interior plumbing or HVAC permits
• sewage system permits where a SIF-S form is submitted
• demolition permits where a SIF-D form is submitted
