Social media seminar to empower local artists and creatives

The City of Welland’s Arts and Culture Advisory Committee continues to support local creative entrepreneurs by offering a free educational opportunity aimed at strengthening their digital presence.

The upcoming Social Media Seminar, taking place on Thursday, April 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the theatre at the Welland Community Centre, will equip cultural groups, artists, and creatives with practical strategies, best practices, and platform-specific insights to help them effectively connect with audiences online.

A question period will follow the seminar, offering attendees the chance to engage directly with the presenters and gain tailored advice for their unique creative goals.

This session builds on the committee’s ongoing commitment to empowering the arts community. This seminar extends that tradition with a focus on digital engagement.
