Chaffey-Fennessy House

In 1913, Robert and Julianna Chaffey hired an architect and contractor to build this two-storey red brick house.

Constructed in the early 20th century Edwardian Classical style, it displays typical features of that style, such as a smooth brick exterior with stone accents, a large paned front window with stained glass, and a verandah with short colonettes set on brick piers.

The interior retains its original stained glass and oak woodwork, including the staircase, pocket and folding doors, and dumb waiter.
