  City of Welland - Parks, Facilities, Recreation & Cultural Services announces, programs and services have been relocated to: 77 Division Street (Holy Trinity Church) due to construction at the Rose City Seniors Activity Centre. The main entrance is located next to the Market Square where there is plenty of free parking. Registration for Summer Camp and Swim Lessons will be taken at this location.
